Nusa Penida Islands are located southeast of Bali across the Badung Strait at a distance of 20 kilometers from Bali Island. The main island is named Nusa Penida and the other two Nusa islands are Nusa Ceningan and Nusa Lembongan. Nusa Penida island is an exotic and still virgin island which can be reached just 30 – 35minutes by fast boat from Sanur Beach crossing The Badung Strait. Nusa Penida is one of sub districts belong to Klungkung regency, Bali with total land area is about 202 square kilometers including the other 2 tiny islands nearby, Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan. Its natural beauty especially its still virgin beaches, the high cliff views along the east, south and west coast line of the island and the blue ocean are really fantastic, amazing and worth place to visit. Nusa Penida is much larger than the better known Nusa Lembongan, however tourist infrastructure is still very limited here, road conditions are still poor but growing fast since last 2 years.
